Jennica Harper was born in North Bay, Ontario and grew up in Brampton. She works as a screenwriter and story editor in the Canadian film industry, and is also a published poet and occasional stand-up comic. Jennica holds an MFA in Creative Writing from the University of British Columbia and a BA in English from the University of Toronto. She lives in Vancouver.
